Walnut Fair
The Walnut Fair brings local produce, crafts, nature, popular culture and family activities together in Montesquiu, centred on the walnut.
Usual date and duration
Third Sunday in October; the date may change because of weather conditions.
Where it takes place
The fair fills the streets and squares of central Montesquiu with a market, workshops, performances and a communal meal.

Events and traditions
The market is joined by nature and basketry workshops, games, archery, donkey rides, giants, music and traditional dance. A communal rice meal brings residents and visitors together.
