Walnut Fair: programme 2026
The Walnut Fair brings local produce, crafts, nature, popular culture and family activities together in Montesquiu, centred on the walnut. The 2026 edition runs from 8 November and its main day is 8 November.
Walnut Fair. Programme for Sunday 8 November 2026
- 10:00-18:00: local produce, craft and flea market through the streets of Montesquiu.
- Throughout the day: workshops on mushrooms, birds, medicinal plants, basketry and nest boxes; family games, archery and donkey rides.
- Giants' procession, traditional dance, accordion players and live music, including a performance by Sara Roy.
- Communal rice lunch as a central gathering of the fair.
