2026 San Agustín Festivities programme in Fuente Álamo

The patronal festivities run from Friday 21 to Sunday 30 August 2026. This schedule records the times, events and venues published by the Town Council.

Notice: the organisers reserve the right to change or cancel events because of unforeseen circumstances.

Activity throughout the festivities

Monday to Friday, 11:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00: Sala José Hernández opens.
«Un Rayo de luz por Helia» charity challenge: Peña Pa'Q Contar-T invites participants to wear Helia's T-shirt, post a photograph on Instagram and mention @unrayodeluzparahelia and the peña.

Friday 21 August: opening

11:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00: Sala José Hernández opens, Monday to Friday.
18:00: Cartagena-style bowls at Polideportivo Cuatro Vientos; peñas sound system switched on at Open Air Club.
20:30: children's opening firework with Purpurina on the Town Hall stage.
22:45: street show from the peñas site to the Town Hall.
24:00: main opening firework and proclamation by Mayor Juana María Martínez and festivities councillor Mari Ángeles Nortes, presents and DJ Samig at Ayuntamiento-Casa Consistorial; followed by DJ Tortu at Open Air Club.

Saturday 22 August

08:00: rockets.
17:00: Cartagena-style bowls at Polideportivo Cuatro Vientos; 3x3 Street Basketball on the outdoor courts at Pabellón Javier Gómez Noya, registration from 16:30.
18:30: Álamo Rock at the Municipal Auditorium.
21:00: musical raffle for Adrián at Open Air Club.
21:30: welcome for the young Majas representatives with Agrupación Musical Villa de Fuente Álamo at Casa Consistorial.
22:30: sash presentation, Marina Egea, Manu Tenorio and Víctor Campos Ballet on Calle Manuel de Falla.
23:30: DJ Juan Canaia, followed by IA TOUR at Open Air Club.

Sunday 23 August: Día Rociero

08:00: rockets.
11:00: parade of horses, floats and flamenco-dressed participants to Gran Vía.
12:00: Rociero Mass with Lubrican.
13:00: Día Rociero tapas on Gran Vía; at approximately 13:30, Lubrican, sevillanas and DJ Antonio Lardín; 15:30, Adrián Ruiz and DJ; 17:30, Salitre.
22:30: 43rd Festival Nacional de Folclore Villa de Fuente Álamo at the Municipal Auditorium; beer-crate stacking competition at the peñas site.
23:30: La Frontera on Calle Manuel de Falla; Kevin Bury, followed by Hermanos Ruiz, at Open Air Club.

Monday 24 August

11:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:00: AquaFiesta and water inflatables on Gran Vía/Calle Manuel de Falla.
14:00: women's lunch, dessert and flowerpot competitions, and Lydia Q at Casa de Cultura, advance registration required.
20:30: peñas' offering of flowers and food to San Agustín, from the peñas site to the church with Charanga La Timba.
21:00: dance display by María José Martínez's school on Calle Manuel de Falla.
21:15: barbecue for peñas taking part in the offering, in Plaza de la Constitución.
23:00: sixth Grand Prix Fuentealamero at the Municipal Auditorium; Dúo Dinámico tribute on Manuel de Falla.
01:15: Beer Pong at Peña Punto Muerto; 01:30: DJ Joshua and DJ Antonio F.A. at Open Air Club.

Tuesday 25 August

10:30-12:30: drawing competition for ages 4-13 at the Municipal Library.
14:00: reception and lunch for older residents with Jesús Guzmán at Casa de Cultura, advance registration required.
19:00: El Álamo Challenge at Asociación El Álamo, on the Auditorium forecourt.
19:30: children's fancy dress and Purpurina entertainment at the Municipal Auditorium; registration 18:30-19:30.
20:00: Ramón Rodríguez "Monchu" Memorial, EMF Fuente Álamo GESA v Juvenia, at Polideportivo Cuatro Vientos.
20:30: PasaBares with Charanga Tropachequera through Pub Lord, Brutal Wine Restaurant, Pub Play, Pizzería El Cisne and Bar Entre Amigos.
22:30: José María Marín improvised-verse evening at the Municipal Auditorium; first Fuente Álamo rodeo at the peñas site.

Wednesday 26 August

11:00-14:00: children's inflatables on Gran Vía/Calle Manuel de Falla.
17:30: parchís tournament at Centro de la Tercera Edad.
18:00: Game Party with virtual reality and video games at Casa de Cultura; Asociación Conecta creative workshop, also at Casa de Cultura, with advance registration.
20:00: Cantabaila children's show on Calle Manuel de Falla.
20:30: amateur boxing at the Municipal Auditorium.
23:00: Raffaella Carrà tribute with Roser on Calle Manuel de Falla.
24:00: Dextremo, an Extremoduro tribute, followed by DJ Andrés Arias at Open Air Club.

Thursday 27 August

11:30: Multiactivity children's workshop at Casa de Cultura.
22:30: fancy-dress competition with DJ Luismi, DJ Lardín and Las Verdunch along Gran Vía and Calle Manuel de Falla; prizes on the Manuel de Falla stage. Afterwards, Amaneze en las Vegas with Raúl Díaz and Pedro Gaver at Open Air Club.

Friday 28 August: San Agustín

12:00: solemn Eucharist in honour of San Agustín.
20:00: procession of San Agustín and Santa Mónica; afterwards, fireworks on Paseo de la Rambla.
23:30: Carlos Baute on Calle Manuel de Falla.
24:00: DJ Oliver, DJ De las Heras and DJ Jony Navajas at Open Air Club.

Saturday 29 August

08:00: rockets.
11:30: Multiactivity children's workshop at Casa de Cultura.

10:00: 13th classic car and lorry gathering on the weekly market forecourt.
20:00: parade of troupes and Majas' floats on Gran Vía.
22:30: tribute to Nino Bravo with Serafín Zubiri and Agrupación Musical Villa de Fuente Álamo on Calle Manuel de Falla; followed by the closing firecrackers.
