Our Lady of La Humosa Festival 2026 programme
Los Santos de la Humosa holds preliminary events from 24 August to 6 September 2026, followed by the main programme from 7 to 12 September 2026.

Monday 24 to Friday 28 August
- 20:00: traditional mus card tournament, Mi Rinconcito.
Friday 28 August
- 20:00: peñas tournament, football ground.
Saturday 29 August
- 09:00: remote-controlled car race, Avenida del Quemado.
- 12:00: Festival Football Trophy, football ground.
- 21:00: dinner honouring older residents, multi-purpose building.
Sunday 30 August
- 09:00: traditional clay-pigeon shoot, Santo Cristo shooting ground.
- 20:00: bringing up of the patron, the Virgen de la Humosa.
- 22:00: reception by the authorities.
- 22:30: address by the mayor, accompanied by the Santo Justo y Pastor choir.
- 23:00: floral offering.
Monday 31 August to Sunday 6 September
- 20:30: Holy Rosary, San Pedro Apóstol church.
- 21:00: Mass and solemn novena in honour of the Virgen de la Humosa, San Pedro Apóstol church.
There is also a domino tournament at Scala Fusion at 20:00 on Monday 31 August.
Thursday 3 September
- 18:00: pétanque tournament, Parque de la Fuente.
Friday 4 September
- 17:00: children's gymkhana, swimming pool.
- 19:00: table-tennis tournament, swimming pool.
- 21:30: flamenco performance by Arte y Compás, frontón court.
- 23:00: music for everyone, frontón court.
Saturday 5 September
- 10:00: II Chess Tournament, Parque de la Fuente.
- 13:00: II Carrera Solidaria Anaela charity race.
- 19:00: traditional Festival Trophy, football ground.
- 20:00: 75th anniversary of the coronation of the Virgen de la Humosa, San Pedro Apóstol church.
- 23:30: 1980s and 1990s festival, frontón court.
Sunday 6 September
- 09:00: III traditional greyhound race, Avenida del Quemado.
- 12:00: water party, sports courts.
- 13:00: santero train along the tapa route, departing from the sports courts.
- 14:00: II Tapa Competition.
- 18:00: late-afternoon session with DJ S Locales, Scala Fusion.
Monday 7 September
- 17:00: giants and big-head figures parade.
- 21:00: parade of floats and peñas.
- 22:00: opening address and 2026 coronation.
- 00:00: vigil and Salve in honour of Nuestra Señora de la Humosa.
- 00:30: fireworks display.
- 01:00: Banhunters.
Tuesday 8 September
- 10:00: Mass in memory of deceased brothers.
- 12:00: solemn principal Mass in honour of the patron, Virgen de la Humosa.
- 13:00: traditional aperitif.
- 19:30: procession.
- 20:30: Rondalla Santera concert.

Wednesday 9 September
- 12:00: children's bull run.
- 13:00: inflatables.
- 14:00: communal meal.

- 12:00: urban bull run.
