Our Lady of La Humosa Patronal Festival
Los Santos de la Humosa holds its patronal festival in honour of Nuestra Señora la Virgen de la Humosa. Worship at San Pedro Apóstol parish church is accompanied by the opening address, peñas, music, popular games, a procession and bull-running events.

The main programme usually falls around 8 September. In 2026 it runs from 7 to 12 September, following preliminary activities from late August and the novena held between 31 August and 6 September.
Where it is held
Events take place across Los Santos de la Humosa. San Pedro Apóstol parish church hosts the novena, Mass and principal acts of worship; the frontón court, Santo Cristo football ground, sports courts, Parque de la Fuente, the streets and the surrounding countryside provide settings for the popular events.

The patron and her coronation
The Virgen de la Humosa is the municipality's patron. The 2026 municipal programme marks the 75th anniversary of her canonical coronation in 1951, an anniversary that underlines the religious character of the festival and its transmission between generations.
