- 8 pm, Hervás: opening and presentation of the seventh edition.
- Afterwards: wool-themed film club with two screenings and a discussion.
Ambroz Valley Wool Festival. Programme for Saturday 17 October 2026
- 10 am to 2 pm, Paseo Bulevar: felt, knitting, crochet, nålbinding, wool preparation and natural dye workshops.
- 10.30 am to 7 pm: craft market, producers' gathering, demonstrations, games, family activities and music by Lakaramba.
- 11 am: presentation of the first Iberian Spinners' Gathering.
- 11.30 am to 2 pm: training and Hilompiadas, plus an introduction to spindle spinning.
- 2.30 pm: reggae session by Xalama DJ Set.
- 4 pm: short after-lunch wool workshops.
- 5 pm, Edificio Bulevar: experience-sharing panel and debate.
- 8 pm, Edificio Bulevar: opening of the Miradas Trashumantes exhibition.
- 9.30 pm, Bar La Peña: wool community dinner, advance booking required.

- 10 am, Cine-Teatro Juventud in Hervás: masterclass on yarn structure and materials.
- 11 am: wool tasting with DLana.
- noon: Trashumancias: los relatos de la lana parade.
- 1 pm: folk concert by El Gato con Jotas and closing.
