A guided tasting of Triay wines begins in the cloister at 8 pm. The verbena with Toxo Guayaba and The Sound Project starts at 9 pm in Campo dos Bolos.

The fair opens at 11 am with growers’ stalls in Praza Conde Santo, craft and food stalls through the streets, the Vespa Faba e Clásicos display and Rondalla Muxardesa. José Cuadrado gives the opening address at noon and Álex Iglesias cooks live at 12.30 pm. A lunchtime session with Atenas and the public bean tasting start in Campo dos Bolos at 1.30 pm. Charanga Leña Verde sets off at 4.30 pm, children’s cooking starts at 5 pm and a Galician horse-meat tasting at 5.30 pm. Sheila Patricia performs in the cloister at 7.30 pm, followed by the verbena with Atenas and The Sound Project at 10.30 pm.

The wholesale bean market opens at 8 am and the growers’ stalls at 10 am. The Vespa Faba e Clásicos display, festival activities and Louband street parade begin at 11 am. Álex Iglesias gives a cookery demonstration at 11.30 am. Faba Bingo, a lunchtime session with Lume and the public tasting all begin at 1.30 pm. Children’s cooking starts at 5 pm, a Galician horse-meat tasting at 5.30 pm and the folklore festival at 6.30 pm in the cloister, where the fair closes. Fairground rides operate without sound from 6 to 7 pm.
