European Cheese Fair. Programme for Friday 9 October 2026
The inclusive activity starts beside the marquee at 10 am and the official opening is at 11.30 am. The European Cheese Fair runs from noon to 8 pm in Plaza de Sancho IV and the traditional market from noon to 5 pm on Paseo de Extremadura. Tastings take place at 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 pm; cheese-making and wool workshops start at 5 pm, with Aurelio Gallardo live at 8.30 pm.

The fair opens from noon to 8 pm and the market from noon to 5 pm. Cheese-making and wool workshops begin at noon; tastings start at 1 and 2 pm, with children's cookery at 1.30 pm and a cheese-board workshop at 2 pm. Children's cookery and cheese-making return at 5.30 pm, further tastings take place at 6 and 7 pm and the Cheese Judge for a Day contest starts at 6.30 pm. The football ground opens at 8 pm for supporting acts before Aarón Sevilla at 11 pm.

The eight-kilometre Transhumance Route leaves Plaza de Sancho IV at 10 am with a flock and includes migas, sheepdog and milking demonstrations. The fair runs from noon to 6 pm and the market from noon to 5 pm. Harvest-themed tastings start at 1 and 2 pm, with cheese draws at 2 and 3 pm. Raya Evolution performs on Paseo de Extremadura at 8.30 pm.
