- 10:00-19:00: Fair open at the Los Hinojeros sports complex.
- 10:00-19:00: Public tasting and displays of cheeses and other local produce.
- 10:00-19:00: Live sweet and savoury cookery demonstrations followed by tastings.
- 10:00-19:00: Cheese tasting competition, with prizes awarded at the end of the day.
- 10:00-19:00: Milking demonstration and Canarian and popular music.
