León Products Fair. Programme for Friday 9 October 2026

• Noon: opening ceremony and the live-cooking session 'From Sahagún with Flavour'. Paprika sweets follow at 12.45 pm and an IGP bean stew at 1.30 pm.
• 5 pm: reopening. Christmas-recipe workshops begin at 5.15 pm, followed by an award-winning tasting at 6 pm and inclusive cooking with Eva Millán at 7.30 pm. The fair closes at 9.30 pm.

• 11 am: opening. The morning includes inclusive cooking, a blue-cheese and honey pairing, a round table on women and local products, and food demonstrations.
• 5 pm: reopening. Workshops, pairings, children's cheese activities, chocolates, cooking and buffalo products continue until the 9.30 pm close.

León Products Fair. Programme for Sunday 11 October 2026

• 11 am: opening. The morning programme covers honey and cheese workshops, butter products, pairings, chocolate, cider and lentils with chorizo.
• 5 pm: reopening. Workshops and demonstrations with honey and trout are followed by a ham-cutting contest, tasting and queimada. The fair closes at 9.30 pm.

León Products Fair. Programme for Monday 12 October 2026

• 11 am: opening. The programme includes a vermouth, cheese and quince pairing, accessible children's cooking, a cheese competition, a round table and live cooking with organic produce, and goat cecina.
• 5 pm: reopening and workshops. Awards are presented at 8 pm, the fair is officially closed at 8.30 pm and the venue closes at 9.30 pm.
