El Pardo Royal Site Festival 2026 programme

The festival in honour of the Virgen del Rosario runs from Saturday 29 August to Sunday 6 September 2026. The fairground in Parque de la Mar Océana hosts much of a programme combining music, a procession, sport, games and cultural activities.

Saturday 29 August

  • 17:00: darts tournament; 20:00: mobile disco with DJ Iria.
  • 21:00: Homenaje a Nuestros Mayores and elpardo.net poster awards; then the opening address by José Carlos Montero Pez «Zepi».
  • 21:30: shared pincho; 22:00: Orquesta Tierra. All at the fairground.

Sunday 30 August

  • 09:00: community race; 09:00-14:00: CPR training by SAMUR-Protección Civil, fairground.
  • 10:30: hot chocolate and churros; 12:00: opening tour of «Emilio Carrère: el poeta de Madrid», Centro Sociocultural Alfonso XII.
  • 12:30: children's chapas; 19:00: Murdoku, fairground.
  • 20:00: solemn Mass, Iglesia Virgen del Carmen; 21:00: Virgen del Rosario procession with Banda Musikalia.
  • 21:30: DJ Lady Cherry, fairground.

Monday 31 August

  • 18:00: adult chapas; 19:00: giant traditional-games challenge.
  • 20:00: Chinchón tournament; 21:00: DJ Roxell. All at the fairground.

Tuesday 1 September

  • 17:30: Uno tournament; 19:00: children's show Música Divertida by Cía. Komar.
  • 20:00: bingo; 21:00: poker; 22:00: Dúo Madelon. All at the fairground.

Wednesday 2 September

  • 11:00: aperitif for Centro de Día users.
  • 19:00: children's and cadet frog-throwing games, plus games for ages 3-5.
  • 20:00: challenge for ages 6-10; 21:00: Mus; 21:30: flamenco by Compañía Belén Heredia. All at the fairground.

Thursday 3 September

  • 11:00: aperitif for Centro de Día users.
  • 18:00: III Sudoku Tournament; 18:00-20:00: table tennis; 18:30: children's drawing; 19:00: adult frog-throwing, fairground.
  • 19:30: Guardia Civil Dog Training Centre display, Calle de Manuel Alonso beside the Royal Palace.
  • 20:30: neighbourhood showcase with Gemma; 21:45: Aytorine y Álvaro; 23:00: DJ Gonzalouki, fairground.

Friday 4 September

  • 18:30: street parade with Alquimia Circus and Charanga El Ramillete.
  • 19:00: children's fancy dress; 22:00: DJ Paola Hi and DJ Carlos Pulido, fairground.

Saturday 5 September

  • 12:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:00: Children's Day at Parque del Concejal Miguel Martín Vela.
  • 12:00: XV Certamen Literario Emilio Carrère, Centro Sociocultural Alfonso XII.
  • 18:00-22:00: historic vehicles, Calle de Manuel Alonso.
  • 22:30: Orquesta The Music Show, fairground.

Sunday 6 September

  • 10:30: 5 km guided walk from Puente de los Capuchinos to the dam.
  • 12:00: Royal Guard Music Unit, Plaza de El Pardo.
  • 14:00: venison stew tasting; 18:00: trophy presentation; 19:00: dance by María Sanz Peña's pupils, fairground.
  • 24:00: fireworks, Solar de Boyerizas.

  • «Emilio Carrère: el poeta de Madrid» exhibition, 30 August-13 September, Centro Sociocultural Alfonso XII.
  • Youth futsal, 31 August-4 September, 17:00-21:00, IDB Brunete; men's senior competition, 5 and 6 September, 09:00-15:00.
