The Festa Major is usually celebrated over several days around 20 July, Santa Margarida's feast day. The selection of the Pubilla and Dames d'Honor, correfoc, giants and street parades, fairground attractions, children's activities, sporting competitions and concerts spread the celebration across the Urban Centre, Historic Centre, Boulevard and municipal venues.
Winter Festa Major and La Tossa
Around 15 January, Festa Major d’Hivern honours Sant Maure through cultural events, family activities, traditions, music and community gatherings prepared by the Town Council with local organisations and groups. On the first Sunday in February, the Candlemas and Sant Blai celebration takes its religious events to La Tossa de Montbui.
