Local festivals in Pallejà
The Santa Eulàlia main festival is usually celebrated for several days around 12 February. Molinada park, Sala Pal·làdius, Plaça del Castell, the church and other venues host giants, a fire run, sardanes, music, family activities and the patroness's mass. The Town Council, Dimonis de Pallejà, giants' groups, associations, volunteers and residents take part in the winter festival.
Summer main festival
For several days in July, the summer festival fills the streets and squares with cultural, sporting and popular activities. The firing of the Quatre Trons, opening address, fire run, parades, giants' gathering, human towers, road race, concerts, dancing and fireworks shape a celebration prepared by the Town Council, clubs, cultural groups, parish and local associations.
Other celebrations: Sant Joan and Fontpineda
On the night of 23 June, the Flama del Canigó lights the Sant Joan bonfire with bundles supplied by social, cultural and sports bodies, followed by coca, cava and dancing in Plaça del Castell. Fontpineda also holds its own main festival for several days, while the trade fair and farmers' market bring traders, producers and visitors together in September.
