The festivities in honour of Our Lady of the Rosary and her encierros They constitute the best-known celebration in Cuéllar. The bull runs are declared a Festival of International Tourist Interest and maintain their own identity due to the route of the cattle from the countryside to the urban area. The Henar Pilgrimage, the Mudéjar Fair and the festivities of the neighbourhoods and local entities complete the calendar.
- Date and duration: the patronal festivities begin on the final weekend of August and continue for several days, with the bull runs as their central feature.
