Local festivals in Pájara
Nuestra Señora de Regla is usually celebrated over several days in the town of Pájara with a pilgrimage and offering, musical events and gatherings in the square. The solemn service and procession travel through the streets accompanied by the municipal band, with the festival committee, Town Council and residents involved in organising the celebration.
Virgen del Carmen in Morro Jable
Morro Jable honours Nuestra Señora del Carmen in July. The maritime procession, pilgrimage, night-time procession, fishers’ barbecue and folk gathering express the town’s connection with the sea and the participation of groups from across the municipality.

The municipal calendar also includes San Juan in Ajuy and Cofete, San Miguel and San Antonio de Padua in Toto, San Benito in La Pared, Nuestra Señora del Tanquito in Cardón, the Inmaculada Concepción in La Lajita and Santa Marta in Costa Calma.
