The Virgen Blanca festivities transform central Vitoria-Gasteiz from 4 to 9 August. Celedón's descent from the tower of San Miguel opens the celebration in Plaza de la Virgen Blanca, while the cuadrillas of blusas and neskas carry the festive atmosphere through the streets for six days.
