Local festivals in Ses Salines
The Festes de Sant Bartomeu are the principal patronal celebration in the village of Ses Salines. On 24 August, tradition, music and community participation fill the streets and Plaça Major, while Sant Antoni opens the local festival calendar in January.
Usual celebration
The Sant Bartomeu programme runs for several weeks around the patron saint's day and includes cultural, sporting and family events, parades, neighbourhood gatherings and open-air dances. The Council, local organisations, associations and young people from the municipality help to organise it.
Other events
Sant Antoni and Sant Jordi complete the traditional calendar of the two communities alongside the Municipal Auditorium programme and cultural activities organised during the year.
