Usual celebration
Around 15 August, squares, streets and municipal facilities host Mallorcan dancing, outdoor suppers, music, games and community activities. In Galilea, 8 September is the central day of the Mare de Déu festivities, with the proclamation, the traditional embutar game and the Festó, a neighbourhood supper in the square. The Town Council, associations, volunteers, residents and families take part in both festive cycles.
