The Sant Julià and Santa Basilissa main festival is usually celebrated over several days around 9 January. Sant Julià church, Plaça Major and Can Pere Ignasi host compline, hymns, solemn mass, Ball de l'Oferta, a parade with the town's festive figures, a band and a market. Bakers, families and traders also maintain the coronetes, cream cakes decorated with a chocolate palm.
Mare de Déu d'Agost
Around 15 August, Campos holds several days of summer festivities. The town centre hosts an opening speech, giants and big-headed figures, xeremiers, music, dancing, markets and the traditional correguda de joies i pollastres race; mass in Sant Julià church and Ball de l'Oferta connect the celebration with associations, cultural groups, clubs, the parish and residents.
Other celebrations: Fira de Ses Vaques
In May, the Fira de Ses Vaques fills Ronda de l'Estació and the fairground for a weekend. The arrival and display of Friesian cattle, sheepdog competition, craft market, bread and cheese tastings, giants and popular dancing bring together livestock farmers, growers, craftspeople, bakers, popular-culture groups, families and visitors.
