Local festivals in El Cuervo de Sevilla
The Virgen del Rosario Romería is usually celebrated over the final weekend in May. The image leaves San José church and follows the town centre, the former N-IV road, the road to Gibalbín and the Cañada Real to the chapel in Rocío de la Cámara park, beside Laguna de los Tollos. Pilgrims, the brotherhood, local associations and residents share religious observances and community gatherings there throughout the weekend.
Fair and patronal festivities
Around 7 October, the feast of the Santísima Virgen del Rosario, El Cuervo holds several days of fair and patronal celebrations. The fairground hosts the illuminations, casetas, the Noche del Pescaíto, music and peña gatherings; street parades by the municipal band and the patron's procession bring broad local participation into the town centre.
Other events: Bread Day and Trade Fair
Over three days in spring, the Día del Pan y Feria de Muestras turns Bulevar de La Ladrillera into a showcase for local baking traditions and businesses. The bakers' guild, companies, associations and the Town Council organise tastings of bread and traditional dishes, exhibition stands, music and cultural activities around a product still made by artisan methods and closely tied to local identity.
