The San Ildefonso patronal festivities are usually celebrated over several days around 23 January. San Ildefonso parish church and Plaza de los Patos host the triduum, mass, procession, bell ringing, fireworks, the traditional Pública parade with giants and big-head figures, music, the wine fountain, hot chocolate and community gatherings. The parish, Town Council, Asociación Cultural Sagrada Reliquia de San Ildefonso, bands, choirs, brotherhoods and stewards take part.
Las Mozuelas festival
Around 25 May, Las Mozuelas commemorates an episode placed in 1812, when, according to local tradition, young women from the town recovered a chalice and other objects taken from the church during the Napoleonic invasion. The procession between neighbourhoods and churches, music, altars and popular re-enactment involve the parish, cultural association, Town Council, performers and residents.

In mid-July, Peligros usually holds a five-day summer fair with no fixed date. The daytime fair, central streets, square and municipal venues host performances, sport, games, parades, food and gatherings for different ages, organised by the Town Council with associations, local clubs, businesses and residents.
