Local festivals in La Zubia

The fair honouring San Juan Nepomuceno, the municipality’s patron saint, is usually celebrated over several days in May. The fairground brings together marquees, rides, performances and community gatherings, while religious and cultural events preserve La Zubia’s bond with its patron.

Neighbourhood festivals

Around 13 June, the San Antonio festivities centre on Calle Cáceres and the local association’s grounds. Later that month, San Pedro celebrates its festival in Plaza de España and the neighbourhood bearing its name, with local groups and residents taking part.

Other celebrations: Nuestra Señora de Gracia

In September, Cañada de los Priscos honours Nuestra Señora de Gracia at the Asociación La Perdiz grounds. These neighbourhood celebrations, together with the patronal fair, spread festive life across different parts of the municipality and strengthen community organisation.
