Fira Dolça in Esporles
Fira Dolça brings Mallorcan baking, crafts, popular culture and family activities together in Esporles. The 2026 edition marks twenty years of a fair created to share recipes, local produce and creativity throughout the town.
Usual date
The festival is normally held on the first Sunday in October, with activities from the preceding Friday. Exact dates and times may change from one edition to the next.
Where it is held
It takes place in Esporles, Mallorca. Passeig del Rei and Plaça de l’Ajuntament host the sweet-food display, the official opening and many workshops. Sa Fàbrica, local shops and other town-centre venues extend the fair with exhibitions, music and Dolça Nit de l’Art.
Events and traditions
Mallorcan baking provides the central theme: ensaimadas, crespells, cocas, ice cream, chocolate and other treats share the programme with xeremier pipers, giants, folk dancing, family cooking, gardening and wood-carving activities.
Organisation and audience
The festival brings together local organisations, associations, participants and visitors. Check organisers’ notices for travel arrangements, bookings and last-minute changes.
