2026 Passion of Esparreguera programme
The 2026 season ran from 15 March to 1 May at the Teatre de La Passió d'Esparreguera. The official programme offered three days in the traditional format and six performances in the condensed format.

Traditional morning-and-afternoon format
It was performed on Sundays 15, 22 and 29 March 2026, always at the Teatre de La Passió.
- 10:30-12:45: first part, “Public life of Jesus”.
- 15:30-17:45: second part, “Passion, death and resurrection”.
Condensed two-hour-and-thirty-minute format
- Friday 3 April, 10:30: Teatre de La Passió.
- Saturday 11 April, 18:00: Teatre de La Passió.
- Sunday 12 April, 10:30: Teatre de La Passió.
- Saturday 18 April, 18:00: Teatre de La Passió.
- Sunday 26 April, 10:30: Teatre de La Passió.
- Friday 1 May, 10:30: Teatre de La Passió.
Stage content
The traditional format divided the story between Jesus's public life in the morning and his Passion, death and resurrection in the afternoon. The condensed format brought together in two acts scenes from the choice of the apostles and entry into Jerusalem to the trial, crucifixion and resurrection, accompanied by live music.
