- 1 pm: official opening, grand parade and opening of the souk.
- 1.20 pm: birds of prey display; 1.30 pm, Castle Bunting workshop.
- 1.45-4 pm: music, dance and street theatre.
- 5 pm: The Medieval Scribe workshop; 5.30 pm, belly dancing.
- 6 pm and 8 pm: mounted soldiers; 6.30-8.30 pm, parades and creatures.
- 9.30 pm: Summoning of the Beast; 10 pm, Wikka fire show.

- 11 am: the souk opens; 11.30 am, The Royal Seal workshop.
- Noon-2.30 pm: living portraits, minstrels, puppetry, a fakir and street theatre.
- 3 pm: belly dancing; 3.30-6 pm, stilt walkers, music and medieval characters.
- 5.30-6.30 pm: puppet workshop and Mosaic of the Kingdom workshop.
- 8 pm: Grand Summoning of the Beast; 8.30 pm, Wikka fire show.
- Throughout both days: children's games, a medieval camp, falconry, attractions, donkey rides and food areas.
