Huesca es Dulce. Programme for Friday 16 October 2026
- 5 pm: the fair opens in Luis López Allué Square.
- 6 pm: official opening. The fairground closes at 8.30 pm.
Huesca es Dulce. Programme for Saturday 17 October 2026
- 10 am: opening. 'En la Cadiera' starts at 11 am, Soulmates at 1 pm and the prizes are announced at 2 pm; the morning session closes at 2.30 pm.
- At Villahermosa Palace: chocolate, Sakura biscuit and Crumble Cookies workshops from 10.30 am; jury tasting from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm; chocolate demonstrations from 5.30 to 8 pm.
- 5 pm: the square reopens; children's art workshop from 5 to 6.45 pm; Zampaflanes at 7 pm; David Angulo at 8 pm.
Huesca es Dulce. Programme for Sunday 18 October 2026
- 10 am: opening in the square. Gluten-free workshop from 11 am to 12.30 pm; blind tasting at 12.45 pm; Vicente Ascaso Award at 1.30 pm; closing at 2.30 pm.
- At Villahermosa Palace: workshops at 11 am and noon, the latter focused on plant-based and gluten-free baking.
- Competition: products are received from 8 to 10 am and judged from 10 am to 1.30 pm at Villahermosa Palace. Awards are presented at 8 pm in the Blue Room of the Huesca Casino.
