- 11 am: 'The future of extra virgin olive oil is here' session.
- 7.30 pm: vermouth tasting and live cooking with Mediterranean Culinary Center. Wine tasting follows at 9 pm.

- 11 am: lye-cured olive competition.
- The day continues with tastings, live cooking, workshops and activities across the fair venues.

- 10 am: chess tournament.
- 12.30 pm: traditional cosmetics workshop, alongside food and family activities through to closing time.
