Usual celebration

The festivities are usually held in the first week of September, with Plaza de España and the central streets as their main settings. They combine tastings and winery activities, limoná competitions, Manchegan street music, peña events, concerts and cultural activities. The Virgen de Consolación, the town's patron saint, also has a central place in the religious events held during the festival period. The council, peñas, wineries, winegrowers, associations and residents organise and participate in the programme.

Other events

The Festival de la Palabra is held in autumn, with oral storytelling, workshops and school sessions at Centro Cultural La Confianza and other municipal venues.
