Local festivals in Ágreda
Ágreda has two major festival landmarks: Nuestra Señora de los Milagros in early June and San Miguel at the end of September. Clubs, the Municipal Band, associations and residents participate in a calendar that also extends to neighbourhoods and outlying settlements.
Usual celebrations
The Nuestra Señora de los Milagros festival is usually celebrated around the Saturday after Corpus Christi, with religious events and gatherings in central Ágreda. San Miguel begins on 28 September with the Quema de los Diablillos in Plaza de San Miguel and lasts several days, featuring bull runs, capeas, brass bands, evening dances and a community meal.
Other events
The Youth Festival takes place on the second weekend in August and is organised by the Ágreda Youth Association. The municipality also retains neighbourhood celebrations and festivals in Valverde, Fuentes and Aldehuela de Ágreda.
