Local festivals in Mancor de la Vall
The patronal festivities of Sant Joan Baptista bring together Mancor de la Vall's main celebrations in June. Plaça de l'Església, Plaça de l'Ajuntament, the parish church and Carrer Metge Josep Mateu host religious ceremonies, music, folk culture and festive fire.
Usual celebration
The festival culminates on 24 June, Sant Joan's Day, with a xeremier pipe-band parade, giants, solemn Mass and participation by local organisations. Mallorcan dance, the floral offering, traditional games and the fire night connect the patronal celebration with the municipality's groups and associations.
