Local festivals in Úbeda
The San Miguel Fair and Festivals are Úbeda's main festive occasion. The Town Council organises them around 29 September, with activities usually extending across several days from late September into early October.
Usual celebration
The fairground and venues across the town host the opening parade, casetas, concerts, cultural and children's activities, tribute meals for older residents and a closing fireworks display. The municipal Culture and Festivities department works alongside associations, local groups, caseta organisers, families and visitors.
Other events
The municipal calendar also features the Renaissance Festival, the May Crosses, Carnival, Holy Week, the City of Úbeda International Puppet Festival and cultural seasons at the Hospital de Santiago and other historic venues.
